Overview
The Presales Consultant plays a pivotal role in our sales and solutions team, working closely with potential clients to identify their requirements and propose tailored digital solutions that address their unique business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with potential clients to gather their business requirements and understand their pain points.
- Analyze and diagnose existing processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
- Present tailored demonstrations of the Weaver platform and solutions to potential clients based on their specific requirements.
- Highlight the features and benefits of the proposed Weaver solution in line with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create detailed solution proposals.
- Ensure that all client requirements are addressed and that the proposed solution is in line with best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest BPM/ERP/collaboration products, technologies, and methodologies.
- Undergo regular training and certification as required by Weaver HQ.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide feedback to the product development and technical teams based on client interactions.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, proposals, and feedback.
- Document best practices and case studies to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Monitor competitors and stay informed about market trends.
- Provide input to the sales and marketing teams regarding competitive positioning and market differentiation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in presales, consulting, or a similar role within the domain.
- In-depth knowledge of BPM/ERP/RPA and associated methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and BPM software.
- Flexibility to travel as required by business needs.
